Fresh roasted coffee (fulfilled by third-party partner Roastify)
Custom apparel and merchandise (fulfilled by third-party partner Printful)

All coffee is roasted to order. Apparel and merchandise are made-to-order.

Because many products are produced on demand:

Availability may change without notice
Product appearance may vary slightly from images
Colors may differ based on device display

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale

Orders cannot be guaranteed canceled once production begins.

If we cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices do not include:

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

All purchases are made directly with Before Duty Calls Coffee Company, LLC.

Order fulfillment
Refund decisions
Customer disputes

You release Shopify from any claims related to purchases made from our store.
