Before Duty Calls Coffee Company

At Before Duty Calls Coffee Company, we take pride in delivering fresh, made-to-order products. Because many of our items are produced on demand, our return and refund policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

Coffee Products (Roastify – Fresh Roasted to Order)

All coffee products are roasted to order and classified as perishable goods.

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on coffee products.

However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your order was lost in transit

To request assistance, email us at:

within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if damaged)

Approved claims will be replaced at no cost to you.

Apparel & Merchandise (Printful – Print-on-Demand)

All apparel and merchandise are custom printed when you place your order.

Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

We will replace or refund items if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • The wrong item was received

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Verify your shipping address

  2. Contact your local carrier

  3. Contact us within 7 days

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Order Cancellations

Because items are processed quickly:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase

  • After that, production begins and cannot be stopped
