Order Processing Time

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partners.

Coffee (Fulfilled by Roastify):
Orders are freshly roasted and typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Apparel & Merchandise (Fulfilled by Printful):
Items are custom printed and typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may increase during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Shipping Time Estimates

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International (if available): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Before Duty Calls Coffee Company, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events outside of our control

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.


Free Shipping (U.S. Orders Over $50)

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts).

Free shipping:

  • Applies automatically at checkout when eligible

  • Applies to standard shipping only

  • Does not apply to expedited shipping options

  • May be modified or discontinued at any time without notice

If items are returned and the order total falls below $50, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.


Coffee Subscriptions – 15% Off

We offer 15% off all coffee subscription orders.

Subscription benefits:

  • 15% discount automatically applied

  • Recurring shipments based on your selected frequency

  • Cancel or modify anytime before your next billing date

Subscription orders qualify for free shipping if the discounted total exceeds $50 (U.S. only).

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method based on your selected delivery frequency.

You are responsible for managing, updating, or canceling your subscription prior to renewal.


Multiple Shipments

Because we use separate fulfillment partners (Roastify for coffee and Printful for apparel), your order may ship separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Before Duty Calls Coffee Company, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Undeliverable packages due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

  1. Verify your address

  2. Check with neighbors

  3. Contact the carrier

If additional assistance is needed, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation:

We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or local fees

We are not responsible for customs delays.
